Objective

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of travel services provided by Amazon Reservations (RUC 20609245558), hereafter “The Agency”, including tours, accommodations, tickets, excursions, and related services.

Reservations and Payments

• Reservations require a minimum 50% deposit of the total service cost.
• Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
• Prices may vary until payment is confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations over 30 days before travel may incur administrative, ticket, and hotel fees.
• Cancellations under 30 days: no refund.
• Some services (air tickets, trains, Machu Picchu tickets) are non-refundable as per providers’ policies.

Responsibility

• Amazon Reservations acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, tours).
• Not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, accidents, losses, or force majeure events.
• Clients must have valid travel documents (ID, passport, visas, vaccines if required).

Itinerary Modifications

Amazon Reservations may adjust itineraries or services for safety, weather, or other unforeseen reasons, ensuring alternatives of equal or greater value.

Insurance

We recommend clients purchase travel insurance covering accidents, illnesses, cancellations, or lost luggage.

Data Protection

Amazon Reservations protects client data in compliance with Law N° 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Peruvian law, including Indecopi regulations and the General Tourism Law.

No Show

No refunds are given for clients who fail to show up. Clients are responsible for valid documentation and securing belongings during travel. Travel insurance is advised, and responsible tourism practices must be followed.

Company Responsibilities

Amazon Reservations ensures contracted services are delivered. If services are not provided due to company responsibility, clients may request a full refund. Force majeure events are excluded.

Digital Voucher

Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and consent to personal data use solely for providing the contracted services. Clients acknowledge travel risks.

Client Rights

• Access clear information about contracted services.
• Receive payment receipts or vouchers.
• Submit claims to the agency or via the Complaints Book.

Rates and Itinerary

• Prices may fluctuate due to currency trends. National taxes may apply; foreign tourists follow Law N° 919.
• Itinerary activities may change for safety reasons, weather, social events, or emergencies. The agency is not responsible for additional costs or service disruptions from such events.

Property Rights

• All content, logos, graphics, and images belong to Amazon Reservations or its providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Clients may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes and must not reproduce or distribute without permission.
• Temporary copies stored in RAM during access are allowed.
• Browser caches may store files for improved viewing.
